No, a design degree is not required to attend the retreat. However, having a background in design can be a valuable asset. This retreat focuses on building the business side of your design firm, rather than teaching design principles or how to design spaces.

You’ll gain comprehensive insights into starting and scaling your design business. Topics include business planning, marketing strategies, client management, legal and financial considerations, sustainable practices, and the latest design trends. Additionally, you’ll enhance your business acumen through hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions.
